UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES YOU MAY REVERSE-ENGINEER, MODIFY OR ALTER IN ANY WAY FILES OR PROGRAM ITSELF IN THIS DISTRIBUTION PACKAGE, USE PARTS OF THIS SOFTWARE IN OTHER PRODUCTS, NOR USE OR DISTRIBUTE MODIFICATIONS OR FAKE LICENSES THAT MAY RESULT IN ILLEGALLY UNLOCKING SHAREWARE LIMITATIONS.

Furthermore, FlashMarketing does not warrant, guarantee, or make any representations regarding the use, or the results of use, of the software or written material in terms of correctness accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. If the software causes damage, harm, injury, or fatalities, you the user and not FlashMarketing or it's dealers, distributors, agents, or employees, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

The above is the only warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of market ability and fitness for a particular purpose. No oral, written information, or advise given by FlashMarketing, its dealers, distributors, agents, or employees shall create a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. You may not rely on such information or advice. You may have other rights that vary from state to state. 1. FlashMarketing reserves the right at any time not to release another version, or if released, to alter prices, features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability or other characteristics of the new version.

2. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain with FlashMarketing. You agree to abide by the copyright laws of European Union as well as international copyright agreements. You agree not to modify the Software or attempt to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction.

FlashMarketing SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY SORT, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FlashMarketing , HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

4. This software is licensed for use on ONE computer unless specifically stated elsewhere. Additional use on one or more computers requires an additional license for use.

This software may be distributed on online services, bulletin boards, or other electronic media. This software may be distributed on CD-ROM, disk, or other physical media for free without the permission of FlashMarketing.

You may not alter this software in any way, including changing or removing any messages or windows.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By using this FlashMarketing software you acknowledge that you have read this limited warranty, understand it, and agree to abide by its terms and conditions. You also agree that the limited warranty is the complete and exclusive statement of agreement between the parties and supersede all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of the limited warranty.
